Employment Law Insurance is now an essential part of any businesses insurance programme. The financial and commercial consequences of non compliance with employment law are serious and present a significant threat to all employers. In 2009/2010 there were 236,100 Employment Tribunals, an increase of 56% on 2008/2009. In addition, there are probably just as many disputes settled out of court - our policy also caters for this.
