We have recently recruited a new Non Executive Director and Sales Director in the first phase of our plan to double the size of our business and go from good to great over the next 4 years through a combination of organic growth and acquisition which we are confident will benefit all of the stakeholders in our business.

Our staff will have increased opportunities to develop and progress within the business, our insurer partners will see increased growth opportunities which will further strengthen our relationships with them and give us even greater leverage with them and this, in turn, will enable us to provide the quality support, innovative products and competitive premiums that our clients have come to expect from us.

As a result, we are looking to recruit good quality Account Executives with experience of both sales and servicing and Account Managers who are looking to work in a growing, progressive business with real opportunities for progression, a competitive salary/benefits package and incentives for success.
